This recruiting video was created for Harvey Vogel, a long standing manufacturing company focused on attracting talent through culture, stability, and growth. With more than 75 years in business, the goal was to highlight employee tenure and long term career opportunities within the organization. We conducted a series of interviews and built a narrative around real employee experiences, paired with visuals that reflect daily life on the floor. Used on their website and social channels, the video presents a cohesive recruiting story that reinforces Harvey Vogel as a trusted and people first place to build a career.
