Monarch Healthcare

This video was created for Monarch Healthcare, a Minnesota-based company providing comprehensive senior care services including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, and assisted living. 2025 was a milestone year for the organization, and they wanted to celebrate by throwing a large-scale appreciation event for the staff who make their care possible. We approached this as an interview driven event recap, weaving short conversations with attendees throughout the energy of the celebration itself. The result is a heartfelt piece that captures the gratitude, pride, and connection that defined the day, giving Monarch a lasting reflection of how much their people mean to the mission and how much that mission means to their people.
